Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation opens you up to enjoy a greater awareness of what’s going on around you. It helps you live experiences without judgement or analysis and enables you to enjoy where you are, what you’re seeing, what you’re feeling, what you’re hearing, what you’re smelling, tasting and what’s being awakened in all of your senses.

Mindfulness meditation is useful in helping you understand how your thoughts and feelings tend to emerge and the patterns you have developed – be they good or bad. In time and with practice, mindfulness puts you more in tune with your surroundings and enhances your positive inner balance. This leaves you stronger, more empowered and better equipped to cope with your circumstances and experiences.

Transcendental Meditation

At Soul Vision, Lisa Carr can train you to use transcendental meditation to achieve a deep sense of peace, calm and confidence.

Lisa can develop a personalised mantra for you and teach you how to perform this renowned form of meditation on your own, for daily practice and ongoing benefits.

By using a mantra and repeating it for 15-20 minutes per session, you eventually master the ability to reach a transcendental state, where your mind is able to transcend above the words and thoughts, taking you into a higher state of being.
