Originating in Japanese culture, Reiki healing is performed through touch. At Soul Vision, Lisa Carr is a qualified and skilled Usui Reiki Master healer. She uses hands-on-healing to channel healing energy to a client for body, mind and soul balancing and re-energising.

Lisa is skilled at aligning chakras and uses Reiki to help people to de-stress, relax and activate the natural healing process. Reiki is an excellent way to restore your physical and emotional well-being. It is gentle but powerful and effective.

The Japanese word ‘Reiki’ means ‘universal life energy’ and the Usui approach to Reiki aims to use Reiki to heal self and others.
